2024 saw a lot of changes.  Personally and professionally, I wasn't in the place I wanted to be, and because of this, 

both my personal and professional life were suffering.  So I hit the brakes in June.

2025 will see a dynamic shift in how I run Alder & Ash.  Less stress, better turnaround times, and a whole new style.
